The Wallis City Council on March 18 approved proceeding with the next phase of a Texas Water Development Board (TWDB) drinking-water grant application. The motion authorizes staff to issue a request for qualifications (RFQ) for engineering services and a request for proposals (RFP) for administrative services as part of the application process.
