The Wallis City Council approved an amended final plat for Millbrooke Subdivision Section 3 during the April 15 meeting. The motion to approve, made by Councilmember Clark Main Jr. and seconded by Councilmember Belinda Halfin, passed 3–2; Councilmembers Joyce Parma and David Marek voted against the motion.
