Committee members said transit and stormwater concerns will materially affect how the Arena District masterplan is drawn and staged. The project team identified three candidate transfer-station sites and noted a multimodal planning process is underway; they plan to meet with the transit director (Nico Pope referenced) and other transportation planners to integrate transit and construction staging into the masterplan.
