Fremont County approves three-lot West Springs subdivision
The board approved a three-lot West Springs subdivision on North York Road, finding the road improvements, turning circle and septic permitting in order after a unanimous planning-commission recommendation.

County planning staff presented the West Springs subdivision (a reconfigured development originally proposed as a six-lot subdivision) for approval. The planning commission had unanimously recommended approval after confirming that the road has been constructed, street signage is in place, all lot corners are set, and each lot has irrigation rights and permitted septic systems where required.
