Councilmember Cindy Holdren moved and Councilmember Sarah Nock seconded a motion to approve the proposal to hire Turlington and Guvernator Engineering PLLC for engineering services; the motion passed with a 6-0 vote. The RFQ from the firm had been added to the agenda earlier in the meeting by an amendment.
