The SANTA FE ISD Board of Trustees recessed into executive session at 6:45 PM on Dec. 10, 2025 citing multiple provisions of the Texas Government Code, including 551.071 (consultation with board attorney), 551.072 (real property deliberation), 551.074 (personnel matters) and 551.076 (security). The minutes record cabinet members Alex Sanchez, Jenny Davenport and Rachel Harris were invited to remain in executive session and exited at 7:30 PM; the board and Dr. Bott resumed executive session after that time.
