President Randy Foose reported complaints about households with multiple vehicles occupying public street space and outlined that the borough ordinance already allows permit parking. Some councilors supported exploring the idea; Joseph Long and others argued permit parking could create winter complications and a ‘slippery slope’ of more streets seeking permits. No motion or ordinance was adopted at the meeting.
