The Newark City Council selected William Peck and Associates as the architect for the Municipal Complex Project and authorized Mayor Crystal Cardwell to negotiate and execute an agreement for architectural services. Councilmember Jen Hill moved the selection; Councilmember Nate Butler seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
