Cassandra Lawson, speaking for Region Four, asked the Fayette County Commission to approve 'Resolution Number Five' to draw down ARPA funds to pay an invoice from Pterodon for design plans, specs, permitting and geotechnical work performed in July. She put the July total at $13,973 and asked the commission to use the county's allocation to cover the invoice.
