The Tippecanoe County Area Plan Commission on July 17 conditionally approved S5203, the preliminary plat for the Aidia subdivision, after staff described the project and petitioners agreed to conditions. Staff said the R-3 zoned site would include four apartment buildings totaling 286 units and a clubhouse and would reserve right-of-way for an east-west collector road.
