Board accepts Debuke Road box culvert replacement, authorizes final payment

County Engineer Kathy Nicholas presented the Debuke Road box culvert replacement project (BRS-C00007), showing before-and-after photos and inspection findings that prompted replacement. She said the previous box culvert dated to about 68 years, had been rated "poor" in the 2023 inspection, and displayed structural deterioration including exposed rebar and spalling concrete.
