Council approved changes to the McKay Cordner Hillside subdivision (removing certain hydrants, using HDPE under a hollow, and allowing a gazebo instead of sidewalk in HOA open space) but denied a request to reduce the required 8‑inch water main; the 8‑inch requirement remains in the development agreement.
