The Spokane County Board of Commissioners voted to approve items 3A–C and 4A–O with item 4L removed from the agenda. The package included a temporary pause on accepting land‑use and permit applications for large‑load data centers (item 4N), which the board directed to the planning commission for study and public hearings.
