The Eagle Urban Renewal Agency approved a three-year audit engagement with Quest CPAs and authorized the chairman, vice chairman and secretary to sign the scope-of-work document (Resolution 26-026). Ashley reported that Quest proposed fees of $5,500 for the upcoming fiscal year (FY26), $6,000 for FY27 and $6,500 for FY28 and that Quest has served the agency previously.
