Board approves several land-use items, denies Connely subdivision requests
The Board approved the Wambolt rezone, Khanpound Conservation Subdivision (with two conditions), and the Sackett final plat (with three conditions). Separately, the Board denied the Connely setback variance and preliminary plat after public testimony; related variance and plat motions failed 1–2.

County Planner Mark Reid presented multiple planning and subdivision items. The Board approved Item R-26-001 (Wambolt Rezone) as recommended by Planning & Zoning; Item CD-25-003 (Khanpound Conservation Subdivision) was approved with two conditions per the Planning & Zoning recommendation; and Item S-26-002 (Sackett Subdivision final plat) was approved with three staff conditions. Each motion passed unanimously.
