Board advances student device policy for first reading, reauthorizes code of conduct
The board approved the first reading of Policy 5695 on students and personal electronic devices and reauthorized Policy 5300 (Code of Conduct) effective July 1, 2025; the board also approved the 2025–26 Professional Learning Plan.

Board member Jason Shover moved approval of the first reading for Policy 5695, Students and Personal Electronic Devices; the motion was seconded by Mrs. Vartigian and carried unanimously. Later, the board reauthorized Policy 5300, Code of Conduct, effective July 1, 2025, on a unanimous vote.
