Votes at a glance: Planning commission actions

At the meeting the commission took the following actions: it approved minutes for prior meetings; it approved an alternative-compliance request at 15099 County Road 350 (as amended to include mitigation measures reflected in the site plan); and it agreed to add the Pledge of Allegiance to regular/judicial meeting agendas going forward. The alternative-compliance approval included conditions for a permeable deck design and a no-mow riparian buffer along Cottonwood Creek and will be recorded in the resolution and permit documents.
