The Independent Nomination Board entered executive session at 4:10 p.m. under Hawaii Revised Statutes cited in the motion (HRS 92-5(a)(2), 92-5(a)(4), 92-5(a)(8)) to consider confidential personnel matters and to consult with its attorney. The motion to enter executive session was made by Member Gina Gormley and seconded by Member Dwight Burns; the motion passed with six ayes and one excused member.
