The Madison County Compensation Board convened at 3:00 p.m. and moved to appoint required board members and follow state statute in setting elected-official pay for fiscal year 2026–27. Chair called the meeting to order and the County Attorney read the controlling statute and listed the offices covered by the compensation rules.
