Votes and recommendations: Stephens County Plan Commission (Sept. 2, 2025)
At its Sept. 2 meeting the commission recommended approval of three land‑use items (variance for Item 1; rezones in Items 2 and 5) and split its recommendation on Items 3 & 4—denying the front‑yard building variance while approving the grooming/boarding conditional use. Recommendations will be forwarded to the Board of County Commissioners where appropriate.
