Madison County commissioners approved an environmental assessment for the Harrison Phase 2 wastewater project and authorized transmittal of signature letters to Aaron Lee at the state Department of Commerce. Staff said the packet includes letters and the environmental assessment prepared by Great West Engineering on behalf of Madison County and the Harrison Water and Sewer District.
