The Black Hawk County Board of Supervisors voted to approve claims and direct the county auditor to issue payments for the period after the auditor presented a summary of large line items. The auditor identified a $40,000 second six‑month installment for the jail assessment program and a two‑year PACE payroll software maintenance fee of $17,960. The auditor also noted a single ARPA payment for Pinecrest renovations of $5,910.98.
