The board approved a conditional‑use permit for Vertical Bridge to build a cellular communications tower on a parcel in Iona Township after the planning commission recommended approval with conditions. Planning staff said the board should adopt the planning commission findings and require the applicant to meet the standards of section 9.21 of the county planning and zoning ordinance and all applicable federal, state, and local standards.
