Union City Borough posted notice for a public hearing on Aug. 11, 2026, at 5:30 P.M. at the First Global Methodist Church to present a codification of the borough zoning code. The posted agenda states that the codification “INCLUDES ZONING ORDINANCE #1118,” and says it would repeal legislation not included in the codification while saving from repeal certain other legislation and providing penalties for tampering with the code.
