The Park County Board of Commissioners moved into executive session at 1:54 p.m. on Aug. 11 under the authority of C.R.S. § 24-6-402(4)(e) for the purpose of determining positions relative to matters that may be subject to negotiations, developing strategy for negotiations and instructing negotiators. Commissioner Amy Mitchell seconded the motion; it carried 3-0.
