The board approved the district’s final Statutory Operating Debt (SOD) plan during unfinished business. Director Hillenbrand moved approval and Director Evans-Becker seconded; the minutes record a 5-2 vote with Bowman, Brynteson, Evans-Becker, Hillenbrand and Wutoh voting in favor and Bassett and Long opposed.
