The commission confirmed it has a contract with Farmer (Mark) Duffy to mow four conservation fields and agreed to prioritize mowing at Toll Farm and Benfield so staff and the contractor can prepare sites for an upcoming thistle herbicide treatment. Farmer Duffy will schedule mowing based on weather and operational windows; staff asked him to provide advance notice to coordinate herbicide timing.
