During the Mayor’s report, council reviewed a police report expressing concern about activity at 62 Riverside Drive. The Mayor’s report also chronicled recent contacts with the State Dog Warden (James Johnson) about two loose dogs on John’s Street—one described as aggressive—and a separate dog issue on 2nd Street. In those prior incidents the owner was putting up new fencing and was warned that future instances of dogs being loose could result in citations and fines.
