The Osage County Commission voted Tuesday to approve, on condition, an amendment to the owner–engineer agreement for the county sewer district project, with commissioners asking for legal review and verification of available funds before the chair signs the final agreement. The change converts the remainder of the contract to hourly billing as the project nears completion.
