Engineer outlines spring road work, bridge fixes and wind company reimbursements
The county engineer told supervisors that work on the Columbia 21 bridge and other seasonal road projects is starting, noted a culvert extension and guardrail repairs, and said a windmill company agreed to reimburse up to $50,000 for hauling and rock for K Avenue.
