Buchanan County modifies alarm calling tree; dispatch designated primary contact

Commissioners debated recurring alarm calls and unclear zone information from the alarm vendor before agreeing to revise the county's notification protocol. Several members said dispatch should be the first contact after an alarm activation; supervisors will be notified thereafter so personnel closest to the building can respond when needed.
