Board approves final certification step raise for environmental-health staff

Supervisors approved a salary increase for an environmental-health employee who completed the certifications outlined in her hiring agreement. The board recorded that the employee began at $20/hour, was previously increased to $21 in November, and would now receive the final step to $22/hour after completing zoning certification on Feb. 25.
