Board forwards parks plan, easement and parcel-transfer resolution; Pride Month recognized

The Public Works and Facilities Committee forwarded several communications: a resolution to adopt the Kenosha County Parks Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan and a resolution authorizing execution of a gas valve assembly easement in Brightondale Park property. Those items were referred to Public Works and Facilities (and, where noted, Finance and Administration) for further review.

Separately, the committee sent a resolution for an intergovernmental agreement to transfer one parcel between Kenosha County and the City of Kenosha for Roosevelt Auto Body, located at 2907 63rd Street; that item was referred to Public Works, Facilities, and Finance and Administration Committees. The meeting also recorded a communication from Supervisors Nemschick and Kirby submitting a resolution recognizing June 2026 as Pride Month, which was referred to the Human Services Committee.
