The Palos Heights Finance Committee voted July 14 to approve a draft Tax Increment Financing (TIF) project application intended to standardize how future TIF project applicants submit materials and how the city evaluates proposals. City Administrator Adam Jasinski said Assistant City Administrator Aimee Ingalls proposed the standardized form to clarify required procedures and the approval process.
