Planning board requests drainage analysis as impervious area may increase

Board members asked whether the proposed building and consolidated lots increase impervious surface and whether the project could improve stormwater handling. Alex Amaring acknowledged there may be an increase in impervious area, said the concept plan connects to existing drainage, and agreed that a drainage analysis is warranted prior to final approval.
