Chairperson Elaine DiMonte said the second proposed ordinance would update the Kennett Fire & EMS Regional Commission Intergovernmental Cooperation Agreement to permit Kennett Square Borough to rejoin the Commission. The Regional Commission recommended the change. DiMonte moved to approve advertisement of the ordinance for public hearing; Supervisor Barney Leonard seconded and the motion passed 3-0.
