Francis “Fran” McArdle for 20 years of service to Pocopson Township; Vice Chairperson Sandra Retzlaff seconded the motion and it passed 3-0. The resolution recognizes McArdle’s years of service with Keystone Municipal Services and extends best wishes for his retirement.
