The board voted unanimously to approve claims and then voted to recess the meeting until Sept. 9; motions were made by Michelle Merritt (claims approval and recess) with Mark Harrison and Steve Lucie seconding respectively.

Near the end of the meeting, Michelle Merritt moved to approve the claims and Mark Harrison seconded; all members present — Harry Douglas, Michelle Merritt, Mark Harrison, Steve Lucie and Mark Menn — voted aye and the claims were approved.
