Assessors present modest interim valuation changes, set classification hearing
At an Aug. 13 assessors meeting, staff reported small interim valuation shifts — about 2.5% for single-family and condos, 1.7% for commercial — submitted LA-3 and LA-15 forms to the state and scheduled a classification hearing for Monday at 5:30 to finalize rates and exemptions.
