DPW reports tree removals, sewer lining contract and spring park programs

DPW Superintendent Randy Hughson reported that a state email indicated the village may remove specified trees under an existing permit; Tree Landers completed removal and trimming on one block, and additional trimming is underway. Hughson said Precision will begin lining Terrace Street in April under a signed contract. He also reported sidewalk and flag maintenance work and that crews prepared for summer event logistics.
