Members agreed to continue zoning recommendations that don’t affect the aquifer protection district while awaiting the UMass hydrogeology study; the planning board public hearing on sections 1–4 was rescheduled to April 21 and the partnership set a follow-up meeting for April 30.

Committee members discussed which zoning recommendations could proceed while aquifer and groundwater analysis continues. Ben and others suggested moving forward with less-impact pieces (for example duplexes or R5 modifications) while pausing items that directly touch the R40/aquifer district.
