Resident asks for flow data as board considers rate options

A resident asked how planned development would affect system expenses and capacity; staff and the presenter said developers pay connection fees ("I think it's $5,000 right now") and the director requested flow/capacity data after a claim that Main Street flow exceeded capacity.

During public comment, resident Kathy Wisinski of Overlook Drive pressed the panel on how new development would affect projected expenses and whether system capacity had been analyzed. Wisinski asked whether the projected bill increases included impacts from new building projects such as condominiums on Pleasant Street.
