The Town Council approved a purchasing cooperative agreement with Collin County at the March 9 meeting, authorizing Mayor Kent Swaner to execute the agreement in the presence of a notary. The motion to authorize execution was made by Council Member Robert Simmons, seconded by Council Member Larry Nail, and carried.
