East Central ISD officials told the Saint Hedwig City Council that Valor Middle School will stagger bell schedules with Tradition Elementary to reduce traffic conflicts and that buses will use the Tradition Elementary entrance off FM 1346, with an initial projection of about 15 buses that could grow to about 20.
