Utilities: Integrated Water Master Plan about 75% complete; contingency partially used
Department of Utility Services reported the Integrated Water Master Plan is roughly 75% complete, presented module‑based progress, said $272,000 of a $742,000 contingency has been authorized and flagged two additional studies; staff will continue public outreach this spring.

Howard Richards, manager of capital projects in the Department of Utility Services, gave the board the fourth update on the Integrated Water Master Plan. Richards said the plan uses the EPA's integrated planning framework, is being delivered as eight modules, and is "about 75% of the way into the project." He said the project started in October 2024 and is on track for a mid‑July completion.
