Board approves landfill gas‑well change orders as county expands RNG partnership

Himanshu Mehta, managing director of the Solid Waste Disposal District, briefed the board on two items: a lender 'bring‑down' certificate and change orders to an SCS contract for landfill gas wells. Mehta said the plant is operational and staff and legal have reviewed the bring‑down certificate required by the bank; the board approved it and the chairman signed on behalf of the county.
