The commission approved purchasing a new phone system from ICS through The Interlocal Purchasing System (TIPS) contract #240303, with a one-time cost of $31,370 and recurring monthly services of $8,133.75, pending County Attorney review and a required budget amendment. The motion was made by Commissioner Jeff Brown and seconded by Commissioner Bob Mize.
