County Clerk Stacy Lore-Porter and Register of Deeds Lora Freehling briefed the Finance Committee on Resolution FP2608302 to approve addendums to Fidlar Technologies contracts to adopt Bastion, Fidlar's cloud-hosted storage partner. They said hardware manufacturer supply constraints were delaying on-premises deployment of the records management software and that switching to the hosted option would avoid implementation delays and reduce the need to extend maintenance contracts with the existing vendor.
