Michelle Andree, NYSERDA's DEI officer, summarized progress since the agency launched its initial DEI strategic plan and said the plan is closing out this year. "The DEI strategic plan that has guided our work thus far is closing out this year," she said, and explained that the next strategic plan will be drafted with governance committee input in upcoming months.
