At its April 23 meeting the Town of Exeter Planning Board approved a simple split for property owned by Walter and Dorothy Andela on County Highway 23 (parcel 36.00‑1‑5.01). The application proposed separating 2 acres from a 234.054‑acre parcel with 371 feet of road frontage; the board approved the split and the chairman signed the Mylar copy of the subdivision drawing.
